Meet the Team

DS Mortgages was founded by David Schrimshaw CeMap in 2003. The company has been successfully trading in the Denbignshire area. Due its success the company expanded and at the start of 2016 David was joined by Philip Dineen CeMAP who's primarary focus was new business around the Conwy area. 2016 also saw Nicholas Dineen join the company to manage administration, including the new website and developing the new relationship with one of North Wales leading Estate Agents, Fletcher and Poole.

David Schrimshaw CeMap

David founded the company over 10 years ago with one primary aim, to offer help and advice to clients in the mortgage market. David has over 37  years within the financial services industry, including a lending underwriter for Alliance & Leicester and mortgage manager for Money Supermarket.

Philip Dineen CeMap

Phil joined DS Mortgages at the start of 2016 to assist David with the demands of the growing business. Phil has over 37 years experience within the financial services industry, including branch manager and Mortgage Consultant. with Woolwich and Barclays PLC.
